Artwork file upoad instructions

• Please use the most recent versions of:
• • Quark Xpress
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator or InDesign
• Adobe PDF (Hi res with outlines fonts and four color blacks)
• Vector formal EPS files, with fonts converted to outlines and curves
• Resolution (Use the following specifications as a guide, but call PCP to discuss further):
• • Long distance viewing, (ie. Billboards) are 25 to 50 dpi at finished size
  • Medium viewing distances (ie. Banners and kingbirds) are 100 dpi at finished size.
  • Close range viewing (ie. POS/POP) are 150 dpi at finished size.
• Include fonts, or convert to outlines.
• Compress the file(s) as a ZIP or SIT format.
• Supply a hard copy proof or PDF with files.
