Throughout his career, Charles dedicated many years to American Express, where he played a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships. His deep understanding of business dynamics and his talent for forging meaningful connections have been instrumental in his professional success.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Charles is a committed community member. Since 2010, he has served as a board member for the Calgary non-profit organization, Calgary Business Diversity, demonstrating his passion for making a positive impact in his local community.
In 2017, Charles took a significant step in his entrepreneurial journey by acquiring Flagworks, a move that further exemplified his dedication to business excellence. Subsequently, in 2019, he expanded his portfolio by purchasing Process Color, then again in 2023 with the purchase of Blue Mountain Signs cementing his reputation as a visionary leader in the print industry.

Meet Heather Craig, CPA, CMA to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Process Color, she brings her extensive experience, strategic mindset, and passion for both finance and human resources to elevate our organization to new heights. Heather has a proven track record as a Controller in various industries including, B2B Retail in the restaurant industry, Electrical Engineering and Construction, Private Jet Management and most recently in Oil and Gas services. This, coupled with her dedication to process improvement and operational optimization, positions her as the ideal leader to guide our financial strategy.
Heather joining Process is a testament to our commitment to financial responsibility and profit growth. We eagerly anticipate the positive impact she will make as she leads our finance team and contributes to the continued success of Process Color.

Introducing Candice Mauro, stepping into the role of President at Process Color with over three decades of expertise in the print & signage industry. She is deeply passionate about supporting the industry, as it holds a special place in her heart. Candice proudly serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alberta Sign Association. Additionally, her collaboration with SAIT as a subject matter expert to develop the Print Production Program for the 2024 curriculum underscores her commitment to shaping the future of the industry.
Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to driving processes and operational excellence in every aspect of print production. From implementing the first in Alberta, state-of-the-art HP printing technologies to encouraging a culture of continuous improvement with her employees, she is unwavering in her dedication to ensuring Process Color's profitability and the number one leader in the signage industry.
