I want to begin by acknowledging the profound changes we’ve all experienced over the past few years. It has been an unprecedented time, making it difficult to fully grasp the extent of its impact. The pandemic disrupted every sense of normalcy, leaving behind immense loss—lives, businesses, and lifelong dreams shattered in its wake. The pain and challenges felt by our neighbors, colleagues, and business partners are real and significant. As we move forward, the best thing we can do is learn from the past while making thoughtful and considerate decisions. Difficult times create resilient individuals, and despite everything we’ve endured, the world continues to move forward—sometimes at an accelerated pace.

As a business owner, I also recognize the difficulties our employees face—rising costs make it harder to achieve their personal goals, and their well-being remains a priority for us.
